Zucchini with cheese and garlic

In the best traditions of Soviet cuisine. Only this recipe from Wday.ru is not devoid of gastronomic fantasy and creative approach to the zucchini.

Method:

Wash zucchini, trim tails, cut into slices no thicker than 1.5 cm.

On a flat plate, mix ground almonds, salt, and spices.

Beat eggs with a fork.

Zucchini breaded first in almond-spicy flour, then dipped in an egg. Fry "washers" in a well-heated olive oil to a light blush.

Prepare the sauce: mix mayonnaise with yogurt and lemon juice, add salt and season with crushed garlic.

Gouda cheese grate on a medium grater.

For each fried zucchini circle lay out 1 tbsp. lsauce, sprinkle with grated cheese.

When serving, decorate with a sprig of fresh basil.
