Miley Cyrus Reveals Her Reasons for Quitting Weed
This Is Why Miley Cyrus Doesn't Regret Breaking Up With Liam Hemsworth In 2013
Miley Cyrus seemed devastated after she and then-fiance Liam Hemsworth broke up in 2013. Among other things, she cried onstage while singing "Wrecking Ball," a song that was rumored to be about their relationship. But now, Miley says she’s really glad they broke up.
Miley and Liam got back together last year, and in a new interview with SiriusXM Music, the 24-year-old “Malibu” singer says it was good that they spent three years apart. “I think, know, that everything is happening for the right reason, and I knew that when we weren’t together for the first time,” she said when asked about the advice she would give her younger self when the couple broke up. “I didn’t know if that was the end of it or if we’d be back together again, but knew that wherever I was going, I was on the right path.”

This is what men and women really think about cheating in relationships.
Miley also says that people in a similar situation shouldn’t be afraid to focus on themselves. “I think people who break up and get back together, I think that’s awesome because you know it’s true, but you get time to be yourself. You get time to grow up,” she said. And then she dropped some serious relationship wisdom on listeners: “I think if you’re growing up attached to another person, you never really get solid as your own being. So I’m really solid, and then he gets to be really solid, and then together, we get to be two really grounded people. But it’s not a half and a half make a whole.”(Spice up your sex life with this organic lube from the Women's Health Boutique)

Indeed, Miley and Liam seem to be pretty solid this time around. Miley wrote her new single “Malibu” about getting back together with Liam, and, even though he’s not very active on social media, he posted about the song on Twitter when it debuted. Liam was also with Miley at Sunday's Billboard Music Awards, where she sang "Malibu" and teared up at the end.
She toldBillboardmagazine earlier this month that she decided to write the song to tell her side of the story. People are "going to talk about me if I come out of a restaurant with Liam," she said. "So why not put the power back in my relationship and say, 'This is how I feel?’”
