Salad "Gentle" with chicken and prunes
Most often, the recipe for the salad "Gentle", or, as it is also called, "Tenderness", includes chicken meat as the main ingredient. If you are confused by the large amount of mayonnaise in this snack, replace it with a more healthy thick yogurt sauce.
For layers of salad you will need: - 2 boiled chicken breasts; - 12 large soft prunes without a bone; - 200 g of champignons; - 1 onion; - 2 chicken eggs; - 2 fresh cucumbers; - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
For dressing, take 250 g of mayonnaise or prepare a sauce from: - 150 g of thick Greek yogurt; - 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds; - 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice; - salt, freshly ground black pepper.
Put the prunes in a bowl or a voluminous mug and cover with boiling water, let stand for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the hard boiled eggs. Wipe the champignons with a damp paper towel and chop, peel the onions, rinse and cut into small cubes.
Heat the olive oil in a heavy skillet and over medium heat, fry the onions to transparency, add the mushrooms and fry, stirring until the liquid is evaporated from the mushrooms and they are covered with a golden crust. Cool the onion-mushroom mixture. To make the salad more tender than ever, cut the skin of cucumbers, cut them into small cubes. Also chop the chicken fillet. Remove prunes, squeeze out excess liquid and cut the dried fruits into small pieces.
If you decide to use yogurt, whisk it together with the seasonings. Lay the salad in layers, starting with chicken fillet, then put the prunes and grease with the selected sauce, put a layer of mushrooms and onions on top, add the sauce again, make the next layer of cucumber, sandwich the sauce and rub the boiled egg on top.Before serving, it is better to hold the “Tenderness” salad for about 1 hour in the fridge so that all layers are soaked.
Recipe for a Delicious Tuna Salad
Many housewives believe that the gentle salad can only be called the one that is based on soft canned tuna. You will need: - 1 can of tuna tuna in which the weight of meat is at least 250 g; - 1 tablespoon of table vinegar; - 4 medium carrots; - 4 chicken eggs; - 200 g of mayonnaise; - vegetable oil.
Boil the eggs hard and free from the shell. Rinse and peel the carrot, boil it until tender. Cool and grate on a coarse grater. Remove the onion peel, cut into thin half-rings, pour over boiling water, squeeze and soak in vinegar, drain the excess liquid. Lay out a layer of soft pickled onions, smear it with mayonnaise. Thoroughly mash the tuna with a fork and place in the next layer, place the mayonnaise, then put the carrots and smear with the sauce again, finish with a layer of grated boiled eggs.

In summer, “Gentle” salad you want to cook with fresh herbs.Take: - 500 g of spinach greens; - 8 boiled eggs; - 4 large tomatoes; - 300 g of fresh green peas; - 100 g of young green onions; - 200 g of ham; - 150 g of grated soft cheese; - 100 g of mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon of freshly cut dill; - salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Cut hard stalks of spinach and take only young tender leaves, gently rinse them under running water, dry with a paper towel, put first layer. Season with salt and pepper, peel the boiled eggs, chop and spread as follows, smear with mayonnaise. Cut the ham into small cubes - this will be the next layer, this and each subsequent layer with a sauce. Wash, dry and finely chop the tomatoes and place them on the ham. Rinse the spring onions, cut it into thin rings and sprinkle with the salad. If the green onion is too bitter, scald the greens with boiling water before putting it into the salad. Soft cheese cut into cubes and place on top of the salad. Blanch green peas. To do this, put the peas in a colander, dip it for 1–2 minutes in boiling water, remove and place in water with ice. Chilled peas, dried and put the next layer.Mix the remaining mayonnaise with the herbs and put the sauce in the last layer.
This salad can be prepared by replacing the ham with boiled meat - veal, chicken, turkey, instead of fresh green onions, take onions or rings of white leek stem, and add a bit of chopped garlic to the mayonnaise for piquancy.
