- spaghetti 340 gr;
- butter 2 tbsp. l.;
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.;
- garlic 4 cloves;
- shrimp 500 gr;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- parsley 1/2 cup;
- lemon (juice) 1/4 cup;
- lemon (lobules) 1/4 pcs
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes.
In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Salt and add a couple of drops of olive oil. Throw spaghetti and cook in accordance with the instructions on the package.
Chop the garlic finely. Squeeze lemon juice. And cut 1/4 of lemon into quarters. Put the juice and lemon slices in a bowl. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Add flakes of red pepper. Mix everything.
Melt the butter. Add the garlic and stew for a few minutes. Lay the cooked peeled prawns, salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until the shrimp is pink. Remove from heat.
