  1. The chicken should be washed and cut into small pieces.
  2. Now prepare the gravy. To do this, in the bowl, first beat the milk with the eggs, then, continuing the process of beating, gradually add flour (one and a half cups, leave the rest). In the end, you should get a dough that resembles sour cream in consistency. Add paprika and salt to it. To obtain the desired thickness, you can add milk or, on the contrary, flour.
  3. Place chicken in breading sauce and leave it for about half an hour.
  4. In a frying pan with high walls, heat oil.
  5. Take the first piece of chicken and dab it in flour, then put it in a frying pan.
  6. Fry all the pieces on both sides until golden brown appears.

Method number 3

Nuggets with cheese are very delicious. To make them, you need to use:

  • 500 grams of chicken fillet;
  • three eggs;
  • 150-200 grams of any hard cheese;
  • several pieces of hard loaf;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • cooking oil for frying.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. The fillet should be washed, dried using paper towels and cut into small sticks.
  2. Rub cheese on a grater (preferably on a medium or on a fine one) and whisk actively with eggs to make a homogeneous gruel.
  3. Stale loaf should be crushed into a crumb. Use a coffee grinder or a blender (a meat grinder is also suitable).
  4. Chicken rub with a small amount of salt and pepper, leave for 10 minutes.
  5. Heat the oil in a skillet.
  6. Take the first slice of fillet, dip it first in the cheese-egg mixture, then in breadcrumbs. Put the workpiece in a frying pan.
  7. Each piece will need to dip in a liquid mixture and crackers, as well as fry on both sides until an appetizing crisp.

Method number 4

You can cook lighter and healthy nuggets in the oven. For this you will need:

  • 1 kg of chicken fillet;
  • Glasses of breadcrumbs;
  • ¾ cup flour;
  • a third teaspoon of mustard powder;
  • three eggs;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • vegetable oil (for impregnation of baking paper).


  1. Fillets must be washed, dried and cut into small pieces.
  2. Now cook the breading. Mix flour with mustard powder, pepper and salt, pour the mixture into the first bowl. In the second bowl, stir up the eggs until smooth. Place the breadcrumbs in the third container.

  • 300 grams of chicken fillet;
  • half a glass of buckwheat;
  • one or two eggs;
  • pepper and salt to taste;
  • vegetable oil.


  1. The chicken needs to be washed and cut into blocks. Salt and pepper it and leave to marinate literally for 15 minutes.
  2. The buckwheat needs to be crushed into a crumb with the help of a coffee grinder.

  1. The most convenient way to cook nuggets is from chicken fillet, but it is quite possible to use the breast. But remember that although it is less caloric (and this will make the dish easy), it is rather dense and tough.

  3. Many complain that the breading remains in the pan, that is, falls off the fillet. To avoid this, it is necessary to warm the oil well so that it boils.
