Molly Sims shares her fertility journey
We hear the term "morning sickness" thrown around ad nauseam (no pun intended), but for Molly Sims, "morning sickness" is more like "round-the-clock sickness."
The model/actress, who is expecting her third child with husbandScott Stuber, shared a video detailing her tough pregnancy...and let's just say that we don't envy her after hearing all the gory details.
"I’ve been crazy sick,” Molly said in a video posted on her YouTube channel. “I wake up in the morning, I feel like I want to vomit. I have lunch and want to vomit, and want to vomit at dinner … and then when I go to bed, I still want to vomit. I have vomited at grocery stores, I have vomited in my house, I have gagged on my toothpaste. I don't know why I've been so green."
Ugh. Girl, we feel you.
Molly, who is to 17-month-old Scarlett and four-year-old Brooks, admitted that her first two pregnancies were not as tough as this one has been. On top of the constant vomiting, Molly has also been nervous about how her age will affect this pregnancy. “Being 43 … we wanted to tell everyone, but we were super nervous about, you know, the testing … so it’s just been really, really stressful, but everything so far is on track,” she shared.
Women who have multiple children will definitely relate to one of the points Molly made in this video: That pregnancy definitely gets harder when you're running after your older children while expecting. "It's very weird to be pregnant with two more babies," she said. "It's very tiring, I don't get anything done. I think I'm much more hormonal....my husband loves me right now. He really loves me."
Molly - who appeared onFit Pregnancy's February/March 2015 cover - has always been candid about the realities of being pregnant. In this video, the mom even shared the exact number of pounds she gained while expecting her first baby. Spoiler alert: It was upwards of 80 pounds.
Luckily, Molly is now in her second trimester and has had a bit of relief from the "crazy, crazy" sickness she experienced during her first few months. Let's hope those days of vomiting at the grocery store are finally behind her!
