My friends and I at the gym argued whether the sauna is harmful after strength exercises. Tell me, please!
Many modern fitness clubs have a spa area. Still, it is better to avoid visiting the steam room, because strength training in itself is a big load on the body in general and the cardiovascular system in particular. Sauna is also an additional load and risk of fluid loss, which is already released in large quantities during exercise. At a young age, you will hardly notice a deterioration, however, it is better to start good habits right away: on some days we play sports, on the other days we go to the sauna.
