You will need:

- 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce;

- half a teaspoon of salt and the same amount of sugar;
- green dill;
- black ground pepper to taste
Boil the ventricles in salted water, previously rinsed under a tap. If you buy frozen offal, let them completely melt. After readiness, cool the ventricles and cut into thin slices. Onion rings fill with vinegar and leave to marinate for half an hour.
