If during the diet you did not eat fatty and carbohydrate-rich foods, do not jump at them after you managed to part with those extra pounds.Let them be in your diet, but in small quantities. If the consumption of raw vegetables is tired of you during the diet, you can boil them or stew, and bake fresh fruit in the oven. However, it is impossible to completely abandon these products.
