How to cook chicken peppers

You will need
  • - chicken 1 carcass
  • - Bulgarian pepper 8 pcs.
  • - walnuts200 g
  • - garlic 3 cloves
  • - Onions 5 pcs
  • - boiled eggs 2 pcs
  • - greenery
  • - flour 2 tbsp. l
  • - vegetable oil
  • - Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp. l
  • - Bay leaf
  • - salt and pepper to taste
Rinse and boil the chicken in a saucepan with water, while adding the onion, bay leaf and salt. Cooking should be on low heat for about 45 minutes.
After the specified time, remove it from the broth, cool it and separate the meat from the bones.
Finely chop the meat, pepper, salt and fry in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil until fully cooked.
In a skillet, otpassirovat finely chopped onion until golden brown, add flour and fry for about 2 minutes. Then pour in 200 ml of broth and bring to a boil. Boil should be on low heat until thickened.
In the resulting sauce, add chopped walnuts, chopped boiled eggs, chopped finely garlic, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.
