How to cook a goose with apples in beer
You will need
- - Goose - on average 2.5 kg;

It is best to start cooking the dish the night before or a few hours before baking. First you need to make a sauce for the goose. Peel garlic cloves and crush them through a press, grate or simply chop them with a knife. In a separate small bowl, mix the adjika, mayonnaise and garlic.
Wash the goose carcass under running water and dry with paper towels. In a bowl, mix the black and red peppers with salt and rub the carcass inside and out with the resulting mixture. The amount of spices is taken according to individual taste.
Peel apples, peel, cut into slices and place them in the belly of the bird. Lubricate the sauce with the top and sides.After that, wrap the prepared carcass with foil and refrigerate overnight or for several hours.

When the goose is completely ready, shift it to a large festive dish, not forgetting to pour the juice out of the mold again. Then remove the apples from the abdomen, spread them around the carcass and serve to the table.
