Homemade face masks with grits
Mix 1 tbsp. spoon of cottage cheese with 1 teaspoon cream and 1 teaspoon chopped buckwheat flour. Apply the mixture on the skin for 20 minutes. Then you need to sprinkle your face with boiling water from a spray bottle and gently, without strong pressure, massage your face with fingertips for 40 seconds and wash off the mask with warm water. After the mask, apply a moisturizer.
The mask nourishes the skin, removes dead skin particles. Apply this mask should be 1-2 times a week.
Grind to a state of flour 1 tbsp. spoons of oatmeal, mix with 2 tbsp. spoons of liquid curd. Apply the mixture on the face, neck and decollete for 10 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water.
The mask cleanses and moisturizes the skin, has a slight peeling effect.
Mask with rice
Grind into flour 1 tbsp. spoon of brown steamed rice, add 2 tbsp. spoons of fresh grapefruit juice and 1 tbsp. spoon of cottage cheese.The resulting mask is applied to the skin of the face and neck for 15 minutes. Wash off the mask with warm water.
The mask is able to smooth out wrinkles, well suited for all skin types. Such masks are best done 2 times a week for a month.
