Diet soup: how it works

Sitting on the soup diet needs 7 days. During this time, people shed from 5 to 10 kg. The most important thing is that you are not allowed to starve, you can eat a lot, therefore you will not cause any harm to your health only if you are not allergic to diet products, which is extremely rare. It helps in the process of the soup diet that you see the result on the scales, and at the same time you physically feel great! You can only weigh yourself in the morning after the toilet, preferably at the same time.

The soup diet is also called the Bonn Soup. It is the basis of the diet, as well as burns fat. The diet does not require much effort, because the Bonn soup is made very simply:

Ingredients:

  • onion - 5-6 pcs
  • tomatoes - 2-3 pieces
  • cabbage - small head
  • green pepper - 2 pcs
  • celery - 1 bunch

Recipe:

  1. We cut onions, tomatoes, peppers, celery, and nabinkuem cabbage.
  2. Fill all this with water and turn on the stove.
  3. After we bring the soup to a boil, cook another 10 minutes on high heat.
  4. Reduce the heat, cover the pot with the lid and cook until the vegetables are soft.
  5. Depending on personal preferences, put 1 cube of vegetable broth, salt, pepper, any spicy sauce, or curry into the soup. The choice is yours.

Diet soup: how to lose weight

Let's talk about the technique of how to follow a soup diet. In no case do not think that you have to eat one soup all week! It needs to be eaten as soon as you have a feeling of hunger. Other products are also included in the soup diet, but they can be eaten according to strictly defined rules.

The first day of the soup diet. Eat lots of Bonn soup and various fruits, except bananas. Drink sugar-free tea, coffee or cranberry juice. The most important thing - you need to drink a lot of plain water.

The second day of the soup diet. Again, eat a lot of Bonn soup, which burns fat, various vegetables, except legumes and corn.At lunchtime, you can eat 1 pc of baked potatoes with butter. Forget about fruits today. In no case should water be forgotten.

The third day of the soup diet. Eat our Bonn soup, any vegetables and fruits, except potatoes and bananas. In the morning you can weigh in and see that the weight has decreased by 2-3 kg, if you strictly followed our instructions.

The fourth day of the soup diet. Eat soup, vegetables, fruits, and even bananas (3 pieces)! Fans of dairy products, rejoice, today you can drink low-fat milk. Most importantly, eat plenty of Bonn soup and drink more water.

The fifth day of the soup diet. Soup, as always, is the main course. And today you can eat plenty of tomatoes and boiled beef (400 g). Of course, we mean fresh tomatoes. But lovers of pickles are allowed one small jar of canned tomatoes. The rule for today: eat at least 2 servings of soup and drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

The sixth day of the soup diet. First of all, Bonn soup, and then vegetables. The number of boiled beef is not limited. Today exclude potatoes. Do not forget the water!

The seventh day of the soup diet.Eat more of our soup, brown rice and fresh juice without adding sugar. Vegetables are also allowed. Drink as much water as possible.

Please note that you need to be weighed every day in the morning. If in the middle of the diet you see that you have lost more than 8 kg, take a break in the diet for 2 days! In general, people without problems on the soup diet get rid of 5-10 kg in 7 days.
