Instead of the usual festive dessert, you can please the household with lean baking with apples. Lean pie can be filled or simply decorated with apples - such pastries will look as festive as the cake.

For the preparation of lean cake are needed:

  • flour - 2.5 cups
  • sugar - 130 g
  • vegetable oil - 100 ml
  • cold water - 75 ml
  • salt pinch
  • apples - 3 pcs.
  • sugar - 100 g
  • cinnamon - to taste

This lean baking is conventionally divided into two stages: preparation of the test and preparation of the filling.

Sift 2 cups of flour into a deep dish, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt, pour in vegetable oil and cold water. Mix the mass thoroughly and knead the dough for 7-10 minutes. The finished dough is divided into two parts in a ratio of 1: 3 and, wrapped in plastic wrap, sent to the refrigerator.After an hour, we roll out most of the dough under the form and form the bumpers with our hands.

Now proceed to the preparation of the filling. Apples are cut into large slices, get rid of the bones. Sift into a container 2 tablespoons of flour, add 100 grams of sugar and cinnamon, here we also put apples. Now we distribute the finished filling in our test. We take out the second smaller part of the dough from the refrigerator, roll it out, cover the pie and manually connect it with the bottom layer.
