Chicken minced zrazy with cheese
You will need
- - chicken file (470 g);
- –Lord oil (45 g);

- White bread (10 g);
- Chicken eggs (1-2 pieces);

Prepare the filling. To do this, first put the butter in the freezer. While the oil is cooling, grate the grated cheese. Also chop the garlic, parsley and mix in one bowl. Remove the oil from the freezer and grate it. Combine all the ingredients for the filling and leave for some time.
Wash your hands well and start forming zraz from minced meat. Spread a small amount of minced meat in the palm, then distribute the filling evenly and cover with the minced meat cake on top.
For batter, beat the eggs in a cup with a whisk, and pour the breadcrumbs in a flat saucer. Each time immediately dip in a beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
Put all the zrazy in the pan with oil and cook for 20 minutes, turning over periodically. When the zrazy will be ready, place the dish on a flat plate and serve with fresh vegetables.
