Unfortunately, thinking about creating such a device was caused by a civil war that is almost on the threshold of my house :( Thank God, I know how to handle a soldering iron, there is a whole box of electronic junk in the storeroom, which there's nowhere to put and throw it away , and then there was a video on the network with a similar handmade miracle, from which tumblers, bolts and contacts protruded in all directions, but it worked and worked perfectly! The battery held a maximum of 15 minutes instead of the regular 4 hours, but I decided not to throw it away from the natural female hamster, but to add two batteries from dead mobile phones. The result was a capacious enough battery to work all night in the mode of night light. A stepping engine from an old dot-matrix printer found at the bottom of the drawer. Diode bridges could be assembled independently from Schottky 5818 diodes, or ripped out from old lanterns, but I used ready-made assemblies in a single 2W10 package.The only thing that had to be bought was two capacitors with a total capacity of 11,000 microfarads and voltage regulators 7805 and 142EN8B; there were no such parts in my flea market. Capacitor C3 taken from the old charger. I also needed two three-position switches, one of which was kindly provided by a gutted lamp, and the other was borrowed from an old flashlight, and a pair of meters of thin two-color wire. What I didn't find was a drill. Someone from relatives took "for temporary use", but never returned. But the will on fiction is cunning, in the presence of screws, a soldering iron and the sea of electrical tape, the matter was decided without it.
Everything. It remained only for the scheme and implementation. From the very beginning I did not want to hang the lamp in the case. Places there and so little, and LEDs are also heated. Because I decided to make a conclusion 5 volts on the USB port and the lamp on the corresponding plugs. By the way, there was an application of the removed LED panel, a bright luminaire turned out.
One drawback - for 40 minutes the panel sits in half the battery. I also made a night light and a regular flashlight-based lantern. The 12 volts output was adapted to the connector from which the lamp's power supply was powered in a past life. The shaft of the stepper motor fit perfectly into the nail hole slightly widened with a knife (the economical Chinese planned to hang the lamp on the wall), but the hole for the pin of the gear mechanism had to be melted with a soldering iron, while cursing forgetful relatives. Nothing coped. A lever on the cogwheel made of a wreck of a bicycle knitting needle and a piece of a thin plastic tube. The luminaire and the charger worked properly, the battery from the engine was charged quite fun, as reported by a green LED. By the way, it not only signals charging, but also does not allow capacitors to "pull" from the battery. And then I was lazy to twist the handle for half an hour every time. Having disassembled my ugly creature, I soldered another USB port, taken from a pierced extension cord, and the USB plug from the same cord was soldered to the old charger from the cell phone. And perfectly charges the device in the presence of 220 volts in the network.The only condition is that the switch "5v - 12v" must be in the neutral position. These photos have a generator, a charger, a circuit and a set of lamps "for all occasions", including a 12-volt LED strip.
In addition, a completely working Chinese rechargeable flashlight with recharging from the network was removed from the drawer. "As if" - because the plug was clearly assembling the blind Chinese into the night shift: not a single outlet, these stumps, in principle, did not reach. The plug, the capacitor and the diode bridge were thrown into the coveted junk box, they will still be useful, the USB port is soldered directly to the battery and plugged it into the place of the plug. It is charged both from the generator and from the network, and it charges up mobile phones with a battery of no more than 1,300 mA / hour. It really shines for 8 hours, even though the Chinese are not deceived ...
