5 delicious soups that will warm on cold days

1. Solyanka with salmon

Ingredients:

  • salmon (fillet) - 170 gr
  • fish broth - 500 ml
  • rings olives - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • sliced ​​olives - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • capers - 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • bulb of medium size - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • carrots - 1 pc
  • vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. spoons
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • dried celery - 1 tsp
  • Bay leaf
  • pinch of cumin
  • sour cream, greens and dill - to taste

Cooking:

1. Finely chop the onions, chop the garlic and grate the carrots on a large grater.

2. Spread the vegetable oil in the saucepan and make a roast of onions, garlic and carrots.

3. Add olives, olives, capers, thinly sliced ​​cucumber and a spoonful of tomato paste to the frying.

4. Pour fish broth and bring to a boil.Add spices, bay leaf and celery.

5. Slice the salmon fillet and add to the soup.

6. When serving, add sour cream and lemon to the soup. If desired, the hodgepodge can be decorated with greens.

2. Mushroom soup

Ingredients:

  • champignons - 15-20 pieces

Cooking:

Ingredients:

  • chicken broth - 1 l
  • carrots - 1 pc
  • half celery root
  • 1 boiled potatoes
  • tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • flour
  • salt and pepper
  • greenery

Cooking:

1. Pass the boiled potatoes through the press, add the flour, salt and pepper. Knead the potato dough and divide it into several pieces. Roll each piece into a sausage and cut into small pieces 1 cm long.

2. Thinly chop celery and carrots.

3Bring the chicken broth to a boil, add carrots, celery and potato dumplings.

4. Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for 15-20 seconds, peel off, cut into cubes and add to the soup along with the chopped garlic when the dumplings float.

4. Soup with sauerkraut and smoked products

Ingredients:

  • Meat broth 2 liters
  • sauerkraut with pickle - 300 gr
  • bacon - 150 gr
  • smoked meat - 200 gr
  • 1 onion
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • Salt, pepper and ground paprika - to taste

Cooking:

1. Brown finely chopped bacon in a dry frying pan. Add chopped onion.

2. Boil the broth with a small amount of brine.

3. Add bacon, finely chopped smoked meats, sauerkraut, tomato paste and spices to the broth.

4. The soup is cooked for half an hour and served on the table with hot pepper and greens.

5. Solyanka with pork

Ingredients:

  • pork - 0.5 kg
  • 4-6 pickles
  • bulbs - 2 pieces
  • tomatoes - 2-3 pieces
  • black olives - 1 jar
  • 2 bay leaves

Cooking:

1. Prepare the meat broth and add onion and tomato broil.

2. Cut the pickles into thin slices and add to the broth.
